By accessing and using this website (latablehti.com) and submitting an RSVP request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site or submit an invitation request.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. RSVP Request Terms

Accuracy: All information provided in your RSVP request must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

Verification: LA TABLE reserves the right to verify the information provided and decline any request that appears fraudulent or incomplete.

One Request Per Person: Each RSVP request is for one person only. Submitting multiple requests is not permitted.

Confirmation: Submission of an RSVP request does not guarantee an invitation. LA TABLE will review all requests and contact you to confirm your attendance.

4. Confidentiality

All details regarding LA TABLE events, including event time, location, guest list, and experience details, are strictly confidential. By attending an event, you agree not to share event logistics publicly or commercially without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of LA TABLE or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission from LA TABLE.

6. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LA TABLE is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages from website use
  • Interruptions or errors in the website functionality
  • Data loss or privacy breaches (within our reasonable security efforts)
  • Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Web3Forms)

7. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at LA TABLE events is voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with attendance, including any health, safety, or personal injury risks. LA TABLE is not responsible for any incidents occurring during events.

8. Conduct at Events

By accepting an invitation, you agree to:

  • Treat all guests, staff, and property with respect
  • Comply with venue rules and LA TABLE staff instructions
  • Not engage in behavior that disrupts the experience for others
  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow guests

LA TABLE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone in violation of these terms.

9. Photography & Recording

Personal photography and recording at events is at LA TABLE's discretion. Guests must respect the privacy of other attendees. Professional documentation may be captured by LA TABLE for promotional purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

LA TABLE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of this website or attendance at events will be governed by the laws of Haiti. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Pétion-Ville, Haiti.
